Our Core Values

Dignity

Every person deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and understanding-regadless of where they are in their journey.

Connection

Isolation fuels addition. Connection can help break the cycle. We believe meaningful relationships and strong support networks are essential to recovery.

Lived Experience

People who have walked through addiction and found recovery have a unique ability to provide hope, understanding, and guidance to those still struggling.

Compassion Without Judgement

We meet people where they are. We believe that a person's past does not define their future.

Hope

Recovery is possible. Even when someone cannot see a way forward, we believe there is always a next step.

Accountability

Recovery requires honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to make different choices. We support people while encouraging them to take ownership of their future.

Community

Addiction affects entire families and communities. Recovery does to. Lasting change happens when communities come together.

About US

Our Promise

You don't have to figure it all out at once.

Sometimes recovery starts with nothing more than one conversation, one phone call, or one person willing to listen.

ReleasePoint exists to help people take that first step—and then help them find the next one.

What We Do

ReleasePoint works to create pathways to recovery by connecting people with:

- Peer support and recovery coaching

- Treatment and detox services

- Mental health and wellness supports

- Housing and community resources

- Indigenous and culturally appropriate supports

- Employment and education opportunities

- Recovery groups and community connections

- Family support

- Healthcare and social services

- Long-term recovery networks

- People with lived experience who understand the journey

Who We Serve

ReleasePoint supports individuals and families impacted by substance use and addiction, including people who are actively struggling, those seeking treatment, people transitioning into recovery, and individuals working to rebuild their lives after addiction.

We also recognize that recovery looks different for everyone. Our role is not to tell someone what their recovery must look like—it is to help them discover a path forward and connect them with the resources and people who can help them succeed.
